Dargah Hzt. Shah Kamal Kadri, Kaithal

There is a Dargah of famous Sufi Saint Shah Hzt. Kamal. There is an anecdote that Abdul Qadir Gilani told him (in a dream)" Shah Kamal, your work here is complete, now go to India where, through your training, a person, will be prepared who will be the cause of the whole universe becoming illuminated". Kaithal was located 124 miles north of Delhi and was in the neighborhood of Karnal and Panipat, the ancient historic cities of India culture. Many miracles and unusual events are connected with him and one of the results of these unusual events was that a great number of people who were going astray were guided towards the true religion of Islam.

Boo Ali Shah Kalandar, Panipat

One of the most accomplished Indian Sufi masters of the nineteenth century Hazrat Ghouse 'Ali Shah Qalandar Panipati. He was born in 1804 at Panipat. Bu-Ali-Shah Qalandar is one of the most renowned Sufi saints in history. He was born in early 1400 in Panipat, India. After the Ibadat of 36 years by standing in the water in Karnal he achieved the status of "Bu-Ali-Shah Qalandar". The Prophet Mohammed blessed him with the fragrance Bu Ali. After achieving this Rutba, many Sufi saints came to see Bu-Ali-Shah Qalandar. His name was Sheikh Sharf Uddin and Bu-Ali Shah the title. His father, Sheikh Fakhar Uddin was a great scholar and saint of his time. The mother, Bibi Hafiza Jamal, was the daughter of Maulana Syed Nemat Ullah Hamdani. His father came from Iraq in the year 600 Hijri and settled down in Panipat

Tawakkal Shah Ambala

Tawakkal Mastan Vali is considered by his followers to be a Sufi saint from the Suharwardia Order of the 17th century. His. He is a disciple of the Sufi order of Baba Fakruddin of Penukonda. Baba Fakhruddin Suharwardy is a Sufi saint who lived in the 12th century. His Mausoleum is located in Penukonda, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh, India. Another reason why the dargah is so special is that it is associated with the Hindu Karaga festival. The Karaga procession isn’t complete without a visit to the Dargah. Once during the annual Karaga from Dharmaraja Temple, a person carrying the Karaga stopped at Tawakkal Mastan Dargah and asked for his blessings so that the Karaga would not fall off his head (considered sacrilege). Tawakkal blessed him and the tradition continues.

Sheikh Moosa Dargah, Mewat

The simplistic and utilitarian architecture of the tomb of sheikh Moosa near Nuh show an ideal blend of Mughal and Rajput Styles. Earlier called the Dargah of Hazrat Sheikh Moosa, it is located at the base of the Aravalli range off the Taouru Road. A small road from the Nuh by-pass leads to the Tomb. While it previously served as a mosque with a dargah, it is currently used as a dargah and madarsa (vocational college) for the children in the area. Its walls, however, speak an interesting story. Sheikh Moosa, the grandson of Mohammad Farid, had arrived here in search of peace and serenity. The complex was built for him and as his fame grew, it was extended. One of the 12 gateways built around the dargah has shaking minarets that vibrate synchronously. The water in the kundli is said to contain healing powers. Constructed entirely in stone the mosque has Makbarah and an old well. The Makbarah, built in marble has an underground source of water. From amongst the arches of the imposing structure on can also see ruins of an old fort nearby. Built in local stone it has arches and gateways made using stone and lime. The Board has undertaken the conservation work of the historical Gateway and shaking minrets of Dargah Hzt. Sheikh Moosa in Village Pall, Tehsil Nuh, Distt. Mewat by hiring the services of a professional consultant named, Indian Trust for Rural Heritage & Development (ITRHD), Nizamuddin East, New Delhi. Sheikh Moosa was Great Sufi Saint of Chistiya tradition.
